In a 60-minute video session, we’ll kickstart your writing practice, starting with brainstorming and ending with a strategy. At the end of the session, you’ll have a plan to deal with distractions and write your novel.

Keep the love going
Once you’ve finished your kickstart session, you may decide you want guidance to execute your plan. If you need accountability, advice, and support in reaching your goals, this is the plan for you!
We’ll estimate how many sessions you’ll need to achieve your goal. Here’s what you can expect in our scheduled sessions.
- Together, we’ll establish an achievable goal and fine-tune your plan to accomplish it.
- We’ll agree on an assignment plan. For each assignment, you submit your writing, and I’ll read it and prepare feedback.
- We’ll meet for an hour to review the feedback, ask and answer questions, and align on the next assignment. Sessions are recorded and available to you for future reference.
- I’ll celebrate your wins with you!

Romance your manuscript
Already have a completed romance manuscript and want an outside perspective? I’ve given dozens of writers feedback on their manuscripts and helped show them what’s working and what needs some extra love. I’ll read your manuscript and provide the following services:
- Inline comments so you can see exactly what I’m reacting to
- Developmental edit letter covering big-picture items like structure, pacing, themes, and characters.
- A 60-minute video session to review the feedback and answer any questions you may have.
This service does not include copy editing.
I offer constructive feedback with plenty of comments about what’s great about your manuscript, as well as suggestions for improving the parts that might not be hitting the target.
